tales of the underground

This is a character sketch for a story from the many spooky goings on on the London Underground - and by that, I mean more spooky than trains actually turning up when they say they will on the information ticker... I digress.

There are a few stories I've collected and collaborated on over the years so it's a nice little side project to dabble with for now.

The only difference is this guy is based on a character from a true story...

Oh do come in...

A sneaky preview panel for a 4 page strip I'm doing - for FutureQuake! At last, I'm going to be published, Ma!

Art Swap!

A rather cool idea suggested by my Fractal Friction cohort Matt Soffe involves swapping original art with your peers. Here are the ones I came up with...

A creepy Victorian Gentleman for Matt himself.

And a Hellraiser for Chris Askham. It turns out, trying to draw this guy is a sure-fire way of making your eyes hurt...

And a Grimly Feendish for James Corcoran

And a Halo Jones for Kevin Levell. Doing this I've found a new respect for Ms Jones' original artist Ian Gibson. What he can do with a few lines took me about a thousand.
