One of six panels inked with a shiny new brush. Even though I've done the lettering, I'll be tinkering with shadows and textures for a while - oh the luxury of having time on a deadline!

Sketch for another story to add to the pipeline. I've been inking with brushes a lot recently so this is a departure for me but good fun to be moving out of a comfort zone, all the same.

Widow Grundy

Another pencils layout for the 2000AD Art Comp, on the theme of "The Horror!" Based on a page by Kevin O'Neill from Prog 226.

This page was in the first 2000ad I ever read, bought for me by my Mum. If she knew what was on those pages, I probably would've been given the Beano or something. This page (and the Dark Judges about five pages and a different story later) scared the living bejesus out of me. And so my twisted imagination is not my fault. Honest.



If anyone can suggest a useful way of inking this after I've over-egged the shading, I'd be most grateful!
