The last twelve months have been a blur of work here, which is a very good thing. In that time, I've done a graphic novel for Markosia and been the lead artist on another for Accent UK. I've also helped launch another two books for Disconnected Press, contributed to four other anthologies and, by the time December ends in a hail of fireworks, I'll have drawn north of 200 pages. To put that into context, in the previous twelve months, I did 96.
It's been even more of a learning curve than I thought, and I've made more than a few mistakes, but I do think what I've learned has been of benefit to my work. Which is what I wanted.
In the next couple of weeks I'll share some pages and processes from the year's output. Pretty pictures. Everyone likes looking at pretty pictures.
